For general contractors & developers
Send the plans.
Get back a scope you can award.
The person reading your drawings prices commercial construction for a living. Quantities come back measured off the plans, the finish level is called out per area, and the exclusions are written down before the job starts.

What to send
What makes a bid usable
Drawings
A plan set, or an invite through Procore, BuildingConnected, Compass or a Dropbox link. Whatever you already use.
Scope
Which part you want covered: framing, hang, finish, texture — or all of it.
Finish level
If the spec calls a GA-214 level, say so. If it doesn't, we will ask before assuming.
Bid due date
The one date that decides whether a bid is useful to you at all.
Straight answers
Things you were going to ask anyway
- Are you licensed?
- Yes, and the number is on every page of this site: SCC131154627, Certified Gypsum Drywall Specialty Contractor. Verify it yourself at MyFloridaLicense.com. For stucco scope, ask us — Florida licenses plastering separately and we do not pretend otherwise.
- Certificate of insurance?
- Issued to you by name, on request from the office. We do not post a generic certificate for download — a COI names a certificate holder, and a public PDF is not one.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing is priced on this site. A scope gets read before it gets a number, which is the whole point of the way we work.
- When can you start?
- Confirmed by the office against actual capacity. We would rather tell you a real date late than a comfortable one now.
