Scope · Stucco
Stucco, inside the envelope
A stucco crack is rarely just a stucco crack. Water that gets behind an exterior wall comes back out as a stain on the drywall inside it, which is why the two trades belong in the same conversation.

What we do
- Installation, repair and resurfacing
- Traditional and synthetic stucco systems
- Color and texture matching
- Waterproofing and weatherproofing
- Crack repair and maintenance
- Decorative and exterior finishes
Before you award stucco scope
Florida licenses plastering separately from gypsum drywall. The state license LACAR publishes on this site is a Certified Gypsum Drywall Specialty Contractor, and that category does not cover plastering.
So we say it plainly rather than let a badge imply otherwise: confirm licensing for the specific stucco scope with the office before you award it. On a permitted job that question comes up anyway — better now than at inspection.
WE DO NOT ADVERTISE A LICENSE FOR WORK IT DOES NOT COVER. CALL (786) 722-2726 AND ASK.
Matching
Why a patch shows
Colour and texture matching on a wall that has been in the Florida sun for fifteen years is the hard part of the trade, not the easy one. Anyone who promises an invisible repair without seeing the wall is guessing. We look first.
